Day Three: On day three we carried on where we left off, getting straight on with the work as we lost ground on the schedule the day before. After re-shooting we were back on track and everything seemed to carry on smoothly throughout the shoot. The only issue was the death scene. It was very difficult to make it look realistic just as it is for many films.

The Shoot
Day One: The first day was really productive. We only had Nick that day and planned to shoot all of the scenes when he's on his own. Nick was a very enthusiastic actor and got along well with all of the crew. The day began well, everyone was quick and efficient but as the day went by I felt that some people lost concentration but I was there to keep them going. We tried to work in the most professional manner that we could but kept it light hearted and fun. The director, Reece, seemed to lack the enthusiasm to direct the actors, I felt that I had to step in many times because Nick wasn't being told how to act. As I wrote most of the script it was easy for me to help Nick portray how I pictured it in my head. I felt Reece may have had confidence issues about directing so I wanted to help as much as possible. Our cinematographer, Charlie, knew exactly what he was doing and was well prepared making it quick and efficient. The only issue we had with Charlie was that he didn't get as many shots as he should have, but that may have been down to the director not telling the cinematographer what to shoot. Day Two:

The second day of the shoot we had all of our actors and actresses together. I felt the all got along well and were all happy when they were on set which was my target. We started quite slow on the second day but we eventually picked up speed. Again the director seemed to a have a lack of confidence and I had to step in many times, which I didn't mind because I wrote it. We moved location half way through the day on Saturday and although the footage we to when we were outside wasn't awful, it wasn't good either. So on the third day we had to re-shoot again.
