Reece and I found this when we were looking for inspiration for our sound experimental piece. I thought the sounds that the maker used were similar to what we had in mind for our piece. The screeching sound at the beginning gives the piece an eerie feel. It is, important to hit the ground running when setting the tone. The use of silence is also adding to that effect, which then helps surprise the audience when you hear the thuds of the ink entering the water. The sound used around the middle that builds up is interesting, making me think of an entity engulfing something. I think that would be an interesting idea to add to our piece. The whining whistle at the end along with the echoed thuds keep you on edge. Something to think about when doing our sound piece.
